Elliott A. Wiley
President/CEOElliott is responsible for strategic leadership of the company, including long-range goals, vision, mission, policies, and fiscal direction. Wiley has 30 years of management experience in the industry and has directed, written and produced hundreds of video, film, radio, web, and print projects. Wiley is knowledgeable in all creative and technical aspects of broadcast, Internet and print production with public and private sector institutions and has taught on the university level. A graduate of Howard University, Wiley received MBA executive leadership training at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
He is Chair of the Education Committee of the American Advertising Association of Baltimore Board of Directors, a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, a member of the Baltimore Greater Baltimore Committee’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee and is active with other civic and charitable organizations. What makes Elliott twerk is down time with wife Rosalyn and his sons, Orioles Baseball and Ravens Football, traveling the world, grilling, fine wine and keeping the lawn looking fresh!

Trey Fales
Vice President & Director of ProductionTrey Fales, REJ’s Vice President and Director of Production, is a manager, technical expert, and creative professional with more than 19 years of experience at REJ. In his role, he oversees daily operations, including project and production management, budgeting, personnel management, business development, employee benefits/HR, account management, and creative direction, and serves as the primary liaison between REJ and its clients, ensuring their objectives are met from budget and production planning through final delivery. He provides technical and creative production oversight, art direction for graphics and animation, and ensures quality control measures are adhered to across all platforms.
Trey is skilled in video editing, graphic and web design, still photography, and video and webcast production. He is well-versed in agile project management methods and SCRUM, using platforms including JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, SmartSheets, Basecamp, Slack, and Trello. His technical toolkit spans the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Avid Media Composer, and Final Cut Pro, as well as web content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, AFPIMS (Dot-Net-Nuke) — Trey is a certified AFPIMS site manager — and Drupal. He is knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and is an expert in WCAG web standards and accessibility optimization using tools such as JAWS, WAVE, and Color Contrast Analyzer.
His extensive background includes roles as an art director, print production manager, broadcast producer, and agency executive producer, with early career stints at Ripken Professional Baseball, the Aberdeen IronBirds, WJZ-TV 13, and WBAL-TV 11. A four-time Gold ADDY and multiple Silver ADDY award winner, Trey earned a BS in Film/Video/Theatre from Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University) and an AA in Broadcast Management/Journalism from Howard Community College.
Trey lives in Baltimore County with his wife, Michelle, their son Ford, their Lab Reese, and the “Jack Pack” — Willow, Denver, and Tucker. In his time off, he’s usually found in one of three places: at home with his family (and the pack); out relaxing with friends; or at his “happy place,” Deep Creek Lake, where he enjoys boating in the summer, the scenery in the fall, and snowmobiling in the winter.

Jen Comotto
Senior Producer/Account ManagerJen is a 24-year veteran in the industry. Jennifer is responsible for understanding and implementing client objectives and oversees all aspects of planning and executing video and radio productions. Jennifer is extremely organized and a top-notch field and studio producer and writer. She matches staff to the needs of each project; monitors the status of the development of each project; monitors quality control and quality assurance procedures and outcomes; participates in strategic planning and creative development; oversees the production process and delivery of services; develops and manages budgets and contracts; manages vendors; serves as primary contact with clients; and tracks production components. Jennifer is an Emmy and Gold Addy award winner. In her spare time, Jen enjoys great food, vino, conversation with friends, spending time with her kids Bella and Leo and playing with her cats Hamilton and Eliza. A Baltimore girl born and bred, she’s a big fan of the Orioles, the beach, steamed crabs, and pretty sunsets.

Fred Ruff
ProducerProducer Fred Ruff is a homegrown talent who started with REJ as a part time Coordinating Producer while attending Stevenson University. After graduating, Fred was hired full time to produce Maryland Lottery drawings; create and design graphics/animations; edit video; and to operate digital cameras. Fred enjoys collaborating with clients and creatives and being the one to bridge the gap between the two. In his spare time, Fred enjoys cooking, eating and running (to make up for the previous hobbies). He’s also a coffee fanatic and swears he makes the best homemade cold brew. Fred is a fan of the Ravens, O’s, Capitals, but also roots for Lebron James to win 1 more NBA title (shhh…)!
