REJ & Associates executive produces, produces, writes, directs, and develops creative for a wide variety of broadcast and non-broadcast projects on both film and video. Our portfolio includes commercials, public service announcements, marketing and promotional videos, corporate and training videos, documentaries, features, VNR's, talk shows, game shows, sports programs, fashion shows, magazine format programs, features, town meetings, and events.

Our award winning film and video productions brand and convey clear and consistent messages for our clients. All aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production are managed by REJ, including: proposal development; formatting; production scheduling, management and coordination; negotiating and contracting talent and other outside personnel; program acquisition; budget management; set and art design; graphic design; animation; studio and field production (shooting formats include 35 and 16mm film, Betacam SP, DigiBeta, DVC-Pro, and DV Cam – Standard or High Definition); writing; directing; supervising voiceover records, film to tape transfers and post- production; videotape editing (Non-linear edit system); dubbing (DVD, Beta, DV, 1 or ¾ inch); trafficking (timely distribution and traffic instructions to local, regional, and national broadcast outlets); web content; and promotion.

As Executive Producer, our role is that of facilitator, troubleshooter, collaborator, facilitator, and financial manager. We have extensive experience putting together veteran teams to deliver quality film and video productions, on time and on budget. REJ researches, reviews, consults, and recommends director reels for consideration.

At REJ, we recognize that having the right director is critical for many projects and we collaborate with both client and agency to identify, select, and contract the best fit for the creative. Based on project needs, we also hire and coordinate with outside production companies, casting agencies, talent, studio, and post-production facilities. Our approach to post production is to secure a facility, negotiate favorable rates and have the dailies transferred to tape for rough cut editing, final conform and sound design/mix. REJ also has the capacity for in-house offline and online editorial services using our own team of specialized editors and equipment.
