Elliott A. Wiley, founder, President and CEO of REJ & Associates, Inc., is an award-winning veteran of print, radio, and television with nearly 30 years experience in production and management. In addition to running his own company, Wiley taught Broadcast Journalism at Howard University and developed and marketed a grant program for the Baltimore Community Foundation. His more than 10 years of experience in public television includes positions as Executive Producer and Program Director at WHMM-TV and Senior Producer/Technical Director at Maryland Public Television. He also has five years of experience in commercial television as a Producer/Writer with WJZ-TV.

Senior Producer Jennifer Comotto has over 10 years experience in broadcast television and corporate video production. In addition to her work with REJ & Associates, Ms. Comotto worked in the corporate arena as Associate Producer with Macy's East Communications in New York City. While there, she produced training and marketing videos and fashion and product information segments broadcast to all Macy's East stores. Her production experience includes account management, producing, research, writing scripts, field/studio production, and edit supervision. |

Editor & Producer Trey Fales oversees studio production and is a highly-skilled Editor specializing in Final Cut Pro. His technical and editorial skills include Final Cut Pro Studio, Avid, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & After Effects, motion graphics, color correction and studio & field production experience. Mr. Fales also manages teams of production personnel and handles a wide range of administrative and production tasks. In addition to his work with REJ & Associates, Trey began his career with Ripken Professional Baseball and the Aberdeen IronBirds which paved the way for his news expereince with WJZ-TV 13 and WBAL-TV. Trey is a graduate of Stevenson University. |

Kristin Yarnall, Graphic Designer & Print Production Manager, is a graduate of Marymount University. Ms. Goodman is knowledgeable in all areas of print production and proficient with Quark, Photoshop, and Illustrator programs for PC and MAC computers. Her skills include design, layout, photography, writing, editing copy, and project management.

Coordinating Producer Christie Lynch is familiar with all aspects of television studio production and is proficient as an assistant non-linear editor. Lynch manages a crew of technical personnel and on camera talent, writes scripts, runs teleprompter and handles a myriad of details for film and television broadcasts. Lynch is a graduate of Stevenson University. |

Fred Biggs, Associate Producer, is experienced in all aspects of studio production. His technical skills include camera operation, master control operation, and a variety of computer programs. Biggs is a team leader for live television broadcasts, successfully managing a team of technical and creative personnel. |

Brandon Holthaus, part-time Coordinating Producer, graduated from Villa Julie College. Brandon also works as an Asst. Producer at Maryland Public Television and co-hosts and producer of an internet radio show. He participated in the 48 Hour Film Project-Baltimore, finishing a film called An Ordinary Hero. |

Ashley Cody, Production Assistant, is the newest member of the REJ team. Prior to joining REJ, Cody worked as a PA for Retirement Living TV, Editman Productions, and IronBirds TV. She is a graduate of Villa Julie College. |
